Gail Brenner is a Ph.D. psychologist with 17 years of experience offering psychotherapy. In addition to writing, she loves to meet with people individually and in groups to support them in gaining the insights they need to release mental and emotional patterns that distract from happiness, inner peace, and full creative expression. She has worked with adults, elders, couples, families, and teenagers as well as people with pain and chronic medical problems.
